We want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with Sovanni Cosmetics. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.

For safety, freshness, and hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief explanation (ex: damaged in transit, wrong item, unopened return, etc.)

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with your next steps.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we cover all return shipping costs.

  • For voluntary returns (unopened items you no longer want), customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note: banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we’re happy to exchange it. Email support and we’ll arrange the replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or balms

  • Final-sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Order Issues

If your package arrived damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right immediately.
